This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States, acting as our processor. Vercel delivers the site from a global edge network; visitors in Europe are normally served from a European location — Vercel operates points of presence in Frankfurt, Dublin, Paris, London and Stockholm, among others.

When you visit this website, Vercel's infrastructure automatically records a small set of technical data for every request — the kind of data any web server logs to keep itself running: your IP address, approximate location derived from it, the date and time of the request, the page requested, and your browser type and device settings.

This happens automatically and is not tied to any account or form on this site. It is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) in operating the site securely and diagnosing technical problems. We have no access to these logs ourselves, and they are not merged with any other data source. Vercel states that it retains such data only for the minimum period necessary, in line with industry standards; it does not publish a fixed retention period.

Transfer to the United States

Because our host is based in the United States, this processing involves a transfer of personal data to a third country. Vercel Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and additionally relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914) as a safeguard for such transfers.

This site has no contact form. The "Press Start" button opens your own device's email application via a mailto: link, addressed to kontakt@atlasview.de. Nothing is transmitted to us until you actively write and send that email yourself — the website itself does not collect or store anything at this step. Any message you then send is processed only to handle your inquiry, on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries addressed to us).

Fonts

All typefaces used on this site are self-hosted — served from our own server, not from Google Fonts or any other third-party font service. Loading a page here does not send any data to an external font provider.

Cookies & tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technology. No consent banner is shown because none is required for the technically necessary processing described above.
